Im Tiyan(Tee-Ahn) but you can call me Yeyo Wala. I’ve been using herbs since about 2014 to better my overall health and to began my vegan alkaline  journey. I remember the small things about the beginning of my journey like using essential oils such as tea tree on my hair or incense and sage to cleanse my home of bacteria’s in the air. It wasn’t until I became pregnant with my first born that I knew I had to set an example for him. I wanted better for my children. I knew the only way they’d be knowledgeable of this lifestyle that they be informed way early and can prevent themselves from illnesses. After researching as well as incorporating all of these things into my lifestyle I knew I had to share the news with others. We have the ability to heal our bodies with only herbs and living foods!🌱
